Başlangıçta her şey bir çizgi ile başladı. Elin ritmiyle şekillenip dönüşen çizgiler ile… Akıldan silinmeyecek melodilere, seni yazıldığı ana bırakan birkaç kelimeye ya da hayranlıkla baktığın bir bedenin kıvrımlarında dolaşan çizgilere…

 

Çizgiyi farkli bir dil gibi kullanarak şekillenen isler; farklı bir gözle okunduğunda insan ruhunun derinliklerine dokunan bir sözlük gibidir. Her bir çizgi, hatıraları, duyguları ve savunmasızlığı zarif bir düğüme dönüştürür;  yine ayrı bir ahenkle çözülecek olan bir düğüme...

 

Sanatçının "obsesyon serisi”için oluşturduğu işler, sade bir çizgiyle karmaşık hikâyeler ve sessiz itiraflar sunan bir sır defteridir. Çizgi, yalnızca bir başlangıç değil; bir tanık, bir yara, bir hatırlatıcı ve içe dönük bir yolculuğun davetkâr rehberidir.

It all started with a line in the beginning. Shaped and transformed by the rhythm of the hand... To unforgettable melodies, a few words that leave you in the moment they were written, or the lines that wander through the curves of a body you admire...

These works  seem to take shape with lines - using it in a different language- when read with a different perspective, they become like a dictionary that touches the depths of the human soul. Each line turns memories, emotions, and vulnerability into an elegant knot; a knot that will unravel in its own harmony...

The works created for the artist’s "obsession series" are like a secret diary offering complex stories and silent confessions with a simple line. The line is not just a beginning; it is a witness, a wound, a reminder, and an inviting guide for an inward journey.
